We work with commercial landlords, hotel owners, and developers with underperforming assets to repurpose and unused space to be monetised for good use. Since 2018, we have been operating two locations, seven pods and suites, that our users can book hourly through our website.

Our thorough process allows us to convert your building in a record of the time and start generating incomes within weeks. Our operational team is in charge of greeting guests and cleaning. Pop & Rest's offer to landlords and operators is flexible, easy to implement, and targets high investment returns.

Our creating process

Feasibility

We study the possibility to transform your building/space. We target basement and large open plan layout from 5,000 sqft to 25,000 sqft. We run different types of operational checks and health & safety assessments.

Setup

Our design team will create a delightful sleep experience, whereas our operating team manage the refurbishment, fit-out and installation. Our optimised process allows us to get a site ready within weeks.

Opening

Once the site is prepared to open, we list it our bespoke property management software and connect all rooms to our consumer app. The app enables contactless check-in, booking, and changing the room settings.
